Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
If you are unsatisfied with your coaching, reach out to us to see if your purchase is eligible for a refund.
Our desire is to make your life easier by doing the research so you don't have to! Researching, interpreting, and compiling this material is the result of countless hours of time and investment.
Not only that, but once you register your business and x-ray modality, you'd better get it right! What we mean is that there are a lot of nuances and "by-the-ways" that can cause you to be penalized.
That being said, have a tiered refund policy. We are providing to you information that lessens your investment of time. Therefore, if you feel that it is not worth your investment, we will refund $485.00 of your original investment. That is a 25% penalty to exposing our internal documents and practices.
After 30 days, we will no longer provide this option. However, we feel that you will be well on your way to state compliance and maintaining this status.
Those on payment programs are not eligible for the refunds.
How do I schedule my appointment?
Upon purchasing coaching, you'll receive further instructions on how to book a time for your appointment.
Can I purchase coaching more than once?
Absolutely! However, once you get lost in the weeds of compiling and submitting documents, you might consider the option of partnering with us and letting us take over the tough stuff!!
